Located in Brittany - south brittany - in a 13 acres wooded estate, close to the ocean, the marina and the beautiful fine sandy beaches of Fouesnant, Beg-Meil, Mousterlin, Benodet, la Forêt-Fouesnant, Concarneau and Pont-Aven, this Domaine rents 6 comfortables and charming self-catering holiday accommodation, stone-cottages, gites and villa -each sleeps 4- plus 2 luxury self-catering mobile homes -each sleeps 4/6- offering free share use of a superb heated swimming pool of 12m x 5m, and free access to a play area and extensive abundant green grounds. Pets welcome.

Each property - cottage, gite, villa, mobile home - has it's private drive way, parking and garden. Each brittany self-catering cottage, brittay self-catering gite, brittany self-catering villa, brittany self-catering mobile home is equipped with complete garden furniture.

Dating back to the end of the 18th Century, 5 of the 6 self catering cottages (Moustoir 1 to Moustoir 5) of the estate are separated by an authentic calm courtyard with a covered well. Each cottage or gite has a private driveway on the garden side and a private parking. The open plan living-dining room faces the private terrace, with garden furniture, embedded in the private garden.
The sixth property (Moustoir 6 villa), more spacious and luxurious, is attached to the owner's house, and has also a private garden, a private driveway and a private parking.
Luxury mobile homes (Moustoir 7 + Moustoir 8) : Those 2 luxury mobile homes are located behind the 5 cottages, among a variety of red oaks, pine trees and maples.
